I coach local groups of runners as Head Coach of the Sacramento Running Association. My philosophy is simple: I believe in equipping people with the tools to be self-sufficient. I want athletes to understand the purpose of each workout as well as work on areas that contribute to improving all aspects of running: form, stretching, injury prevention, recovery, core strength, and nutrition.
